4:30-5:00 p.m. - Check-In
WHERE: Members arrive downtown Batavia at the grassy area on Shumway just past Bird is the Word. LOOK FOR BWC HOSTESSES - THEY WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU to drop off your lawn chair and sign in. Might want to carry along some bug spray too! Park along Shumway, Walgreens back parking lot, on Wilson or Brianna’s parking lot.
5:00-6:00 p.m. - Members will walk to the back door of Red Hive Market where you will be greeted by BWC Member & Owner Bridget Johnson. Members (not more than 10 at a time) will enter the shop and browse toward the front door exit on Wilson Street. Members will then turn right heading out the door to reach the stairway leading down to Paula’s Couture Consignment Shop, where Paula Mueller will be featuring some wardrobe “must haves”!
6:00 p.m. - Members will walk along the Batavia Riverwalk back to the meeting area where Fernando’s Street Kitchen will serve pre-ordered dinner. Menu: 2 tacos (chicken or beef), Rice & Beans , Apple Pie Taco. All Gluten-free. Choose meat preference and list any other diet restrictions below. Water and beverages will be provided. NO Alcohol allowed.
