It’s Peach cobbler preceded by a mixed green salad filled with strawberries, oranges, and pecans in a red wine vinaigrette.

Chef Jason has then prepared for us a nice grilled chicken with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes over a roasted red pepper risotto! Sounds like a perfect fresh meal for a May dinner.
