A treasured oil painting of the Fox River in Batavia was purchased by Batavia Woman’s Club in 1962 after it was featured the cover on the Saturday Evening Post January 11, 1958.  The painting has been recently restored and prints and note cards are available for purchase.  All proceeds benefit the many organizations the club assists.

Geranium Sale for Scholarships
Text Box: Projects Text Box: The Fine Arts Department of the Batavia Woman’s Club awarded the Keenan Boswell Scholarship to Rebecca Rudy on May 27th, 2008 at the Batavia Public Library during the BWC Fine Arts Department May Meeting. The BWC Fine Arts Department graciously thanks Mr. Boswell to thank for this scholarship. Now a student at the Julliard School of Music in New York City. Keenan and his family graciously made available a CD of his various recording for which members and friends of the club gave donations in the amount of $1,000.00.
